Ship From Store allows us to fulfil your online order directly from one of our By Charlotte boutiques. This service helps us get your jewellery to you faster and ensures access to pieces that may not always be available through our central warehouse.

Is this available in all your stores?

Not all boutiques are set up to ship orders, but when you place an order online, our system will automatically allocate stock from the location best able to fulfil it quickly. This may include a boutique that has the item available and ready to dispatch.

What are the costs involved?

There is no additional cost to you when an order is shipped from one of our boutiques. Shipping fees remain the same as outlined in our standard Shipping Policy. All parcels are sent with tracking and require a signature on delivery for security.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders shipped from the store are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, similar to warehouse fulfilment. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier service used, but you’ll receive an email with tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

Will my order look different if it ships from a boutique?

Your order will be packed with the same care and attention as all By Charlotte orders. Items are packaged in our signature By Charlotte packaging and include all relevant receipts and documentation.

Can I return an order shipped from a store?

Yes, orders shipped from the store can be returned in line with our standard Returns Policy. Please lodge your return via our Returns Portal, and the item will be directed back to HQ for processing.

How do I know if my order will ship from a store?

This is not something you’ll need to select or manage. If your order is allocated to a boutique for fulfilment, you’ll simply receive your standard shipping confirmation and tracking details once it has been dispatched.
