All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in NSW, Australia, and are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will be included in the next business day's dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order.

During promotional or sale periods, please allow additional time for both dispatch and delivery due to increased order volumes.
