All of our shipping methods are fully insured, so your pieces are protected while in transit. Every parcel requires a signature upon delivery, and you (or someone at your nominated address) will be responsible for signing to confirm receipt. Once signed for, it is not considered in transit, and the insurance coverage ends. 

Please note that we do not replace or refund orders that have been delivered to the correct address and signed for. If you’re concerned about not being available to sign, we recommend arranging delivery to a secure location where someone you trust will be present, or selecting an alternate shipping method.
