The length of repair depends on what is required for the repair and how many other repairs are in the week our jeweller has yours.

Some repairs may take longer than previously expected if the jeweller doesn’t have all the materials they need in stock. Additionally, they may notice other necessary maintenance while working on the piece, further extending the timeframe for repair.

We generally advise a 2-3 week turnaround which allows for the above. During peak sales and holiday periods, this time will extend to a 4-5 week turnaround. Our aim is to ensure that your repair is actioned correctly and, that nothing is rushed, so your piece is sent back looking perfect.
