How long will it take to receive my order?Updated 9 months ago

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in NSW, Australia. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any orders placed after 1pm will count towards the next business day's packing list.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your order.* Once processed, your parcel will leave our warehouse with your choice of standard or express shipping carrier. The estimated shipping time for your order will depend on which shipping option you have selected, shipping starts once your order has been dispatched.

• AP Standard eParcel is 2-4 business days and 3-6 business days (Outside NSW only).
• AP Express eParcel is 1-2 business days and 1-3 business days (Outside NSW only).
• DHL International Express 3-5 business days for New Zealand 
• DHL International Express 7-14 business days for the rest of the world.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email with tracking details. You can view our shipping information here.
