Independent stockists that sell by charlotte jewellery (such as David Jones, The Iconic, Superette, etc.) have their own return policy which may differ from our return policy. If you did not purchase from by charlotte online or the by charlotte flagship boutique in Sydney, please contact the correct retailer for further information about returning your item.

If you have purchased an item from a stockist that you believe to be faulted, you will need to contact the original stockist that you purchased it from. All by charlotte jewellery purchased from a verified stockist is covered under our 6-month warranty policy.
