Click & Collect is a convenient way to shop online and pick up your order at your preferred By Charlotte boutique. To make shopping easier, we offer Click & Collect so you can secure your favourite pieces online and collect them in-store at a time that suits you. T&Cs are available here.
Is this available in all your stores?
Click & Collect is currently available at selected By Charlotte boutiques. Simply choose Click & Collect at checkout and select your preferred boutique from the list of available locations. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know it’s available for collection.
What are the costs involved?
There is no additional cost to use Click & Collect. You’ll pay for your order online as usual, and your items will be prepared at the boutique for you to collect. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID when collecting your purchase.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
We aim to process all Click & Collect orders within 4 hours (with the exception of public holidays). On normal trade days, orders made after 2pm will be ready for collection on the following day. On late-night trade days, orders made after 4pm will be ready for collection on the following day. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect.
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes, if you would like someone to collect the order on your behalf, ensure they have the original order confirmation email and their photo ID. We may contact you via phone to confirm before releasing the item to the nominated person.
Can I return a Click & Collect order?
Yes, Click & Collect orders are subject to the By Charlotte online returns policy, available here. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Whether you paid by card, credit, or through a third-party service, your reimbursement will be returned the same way.
If you'd prefer to exchange your items on the spot, we're more than happy to assist. Simply let the store team know you'd like to return your item, and they’ll be able to help you on the day. Alternatively, you're welcome to return your item through our online Return Portal if that’s more convenient.
How do I use Click & Collect?
- Select your favourite pieces and proceed to checkout.
- At checkout, select Click & Collect as your delivery method.
- Choose your preferred boutique from the available options.
- Complete your payment to secure your order.
- Wait for your email notification confirming your order is ready for collection.
- Visit the boutique with your confirmation email and a valid photo ID to collect your order.
