Due to the high volume of orders that we are processing, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled in time. While we will try our best to cancel your order, it may have been processed and shipped already.

As cancellation requests are time-sensitive, please call us on (02) 8030 7095 as soon as possible to speak to one of our online team. 

If your order has been packed up, we will be unable to void the transaction, and you will need to return the package once it's been received as per our return policy here.
