What is covered under your warranty?Updated 7 months ago

All of our by charlotte jewellery is quality-checked by a jeweller, plus a member of our dispatch team. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. Our goods come with guarantees that are included under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will gladly offer a replacement if the product was confirmed by one of our team as faulted within the first 6 months of purchase. By law, we are required to provide a warranty to you, however, all warranties must come through as a claim first before being assessed by our team of jewellery specialists.
