I've been refunded but haven't received it yet? What's happening?Updated 10 months ago

When you place an order through Afterpay they will pay our brand completely so that you can pay in instalments as you go. 

Should we process a refund for you then that refund will go back to Afterpay directly, they are then in charge of refunding you whatever has been paid to them so far.

Once processed, the money can take up to 10 business days to be returned to your card/s, depending on your financial institution. For more information on this please check out the Afterpay website available here.
