We will gladly offer a replacement if the product was confirmed by one of our team as faulted within the first 6 months of purchase. To notify us of a faulty product, please contact our Online Care Team with your order number or proof of purchase details, a clear photograph of the fault and a brief description of the issue.
Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a fault. by charlotte jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care card that is enclosed with your order. Once our team have reviewed your warranty claim they will provide the next steps from there!
